International Consultant to Prepare the Project Implementation Completion and Results Report (ICRR)

From November 4, 2024, to February 15, 2025 (30 working days)

Project Overview

The Lao Agriculture Competitiveness Project (LACP) is supported by the Government of Lao PDR and the World Bank. Its primary goal is to enhance the competitiveness of selected agricultural value chains in the project areas.

Scope of Work for the Consultant:

1. Prepare and submit an Inception Report that includes a work plan and methodology by November 8, 2024.

2. Submit the Draft Report by December 6, 2024, to obtain feedback from the World Bank team.

3. Submit the Final Report, incorporating all comments, by February 15, 2025.

Required Qualifications:

Master’s degree or higher in project management, agricultural economics, or a related field.

At least 8 years of experience in project management, monitoring, and evaluation of agricultural development projects.

Strong communication and writing skills in English.

Experience working in Lao PDR or Southeast Asia is preferred.
